JellyFish Cloud App 2.0

JellyFish was working on launching a major update to one of their apps. After conducting surveys and encouraging reviews, we realized there was a large percentage of customers who had difficulty navigating the app and using its full capabilities. So, to best educate our customers on the app, we produced an in-depth tutorial so that no questions were left unanswered.

Partnering with the marketing and engineering teams, I worked to understand the major updates and educate myself on the product. We wrote a video script that defined steps in a succinct, yet easy-to-understand way and produced a video that demonstrated how to achieve desired effects.

The video was distributed across all customer touch points: In-app, email, and social media. It was also shared internally so that sales reps and installers could easily share the content with new customers. Surveys were sent out to collect feedback, and the app review increased from 3 stars to 4.5 stars.
